We’ve racked up some of our favorite wine bars in LA where natural wines are at the forefront of the list. Whether you’re a connoisseur of natural wine or just getting into it, there’s a place in LA for you - and it’s most likely on this list.
Tilda

Tilda is a wonderful addition to Echo Park and the east side. The all-natural wine bar opened in early 2020 and quickly became a go-to for natural wine enthusiasts. The Echo Park spot focuses on mainly California wines, but also carries wines from all over the world with a menu of small plates to accompany them. For those whose hearts are close to beers, Tilda offers a range of brews as well, including Pilsners, IPAs, and ciders.

Melody

Melody is an indoor-outdoor wine bar with rotating dinner options ranging from pasta to Indian-inspired cuisine. Patrons can eat and drink on the bar’s patio, which is a great spot to enjoy the Los Angeles sun. The converted bungalow offers a relaxed atmosphere where the rotating wine list consists of only natural wines from around the world, the menu descriptor under each wine is a very good starting place to learn about each producer and natural wines as a whole.

Nestled in Echo Park, Bar Bandini is known for its small, but rotating natural wine list which includes a few wines on draft, and some available to-go in reusable growlers. Enjoy natural wines from small producers around the world at this dimly lit bar, perfect for a date night. Yelpers have once again spoken, and have deemed Bar Bandini to be one of the coolest spots in the neighborhood.

Severance

The owner Evan Charest started this wine bar with his severance pay from his corporate job, hence the name. Severance specializes in champagne punch, cheese & dessert fondue, and terroir-driven, esoteric wines from throughout the world. There are plenty of natural and biodynamic wines to try and are also clearly marked on the menu. The bar also offers live events and virtual tastings, with a virtual tasting kit available to-go.

Located on Hollywood Blvd, Tabula Rasa serves natural wines and craft brews from around the world, with shareable snacks, and a bottle shop. The best part? The wine and beer spot even has a special section for wines under $22. If the tables are full, you can always opt for their to-go curated wine bundles.

Mignon Wine & Cheese Bar

The bar specializes in small production, natural wines from around the world, with a major emphasis on Old World wines.
