Katsuya’s Japanese Kanji Symbol “Katsu” means” Victory” or “To Win” and it’s fitting considering the loyal following of Hollywood A-listers and Zagat critics the restaurant has won over with its inventive combination of Japanese and Californian Cuisine. You might spy starlets like Taylor Swift, Jessica Simpson, Ashley Tisdale, and Miley Cyrus or leading men like Mark Wahlberg while sipping watermelon cucumber mojitos in the bar or sampling Katsuya Uechi’s spicy tuna beneath the oversize geisha-lip art.

THE POLO LOUNGE

The most interesting room in Beverly Hills, still buzzing with hot names and hotter stories. Known as the epicenter of LA power dining, The Polo Lounge has been the favorite spot for generations of stars and Hollywood deal-makers.

With its spectacular array of palm trees and flowers, the patio is one of Los Angeles’ premier and prettiest outdoor dining settings. Home of the moving stars Located on the world-famous  Sunset Strip, Since 1972, The Rainbow Bar & Grill has been a popular hangout for rock stars from the '70s and '80s, and practically served as the second home to the late Lemmy Kilmister of heavy metal group Motörhead, who could be seen sitting at the bar on any given day drinking his favorite Jack & Coke.
